These general conditions apply to all users of the 8bot Discord bot.
By adding 8bot to your server, you agree to these terms of service and any future updates, which may be provided with notice.
These terms and conditions apply to each and every user of the 8bot services.
- Terms of Use
Prohibited Command Spam: Users must not engage in spamming commands or attempts to overload or crash 8bot.
No Use in Spam Servers: 8bot must not be used in servers dedicated to spam, or where excessive command spam may occur.
Premium Features: Premium codes or subscriptions may not be resold or transferred without permission.
Suspension Rights: The 8bot team reserves the right to prohibit access to 8bot for any server or user who violates these terms.
Responsibility for Violations: Users are responsible for any violation of these terms that occurs within their server or as a result of their actions.
Updates: The 8bot team retains the right to modify these terms at any time, and will provide notice of such changes in the support server or official channels.
- Premium Access
Access to Premium Features: Users with premium subscriptions gain access to exclusive features, including advanced leveling options, special events, and additional gameplay content.
No Resale or Distribution: Premium access is strictly personal and cannot be resold or shared with others. Any such actions will lead to immediate revocation of the premium access.
Cancellation of Premium: The 8bot team may revoke premium access if the user is found violating any terms.
- Consequences of Misuse
Temporary or Permanent Ban: Users or servers that misuse 8bot may be temporarily or permanently banned from using the bot.
Revocation of Premium Features: Premium users who engage in misuse of commands or violate the terms of service may have their premium access revoked without refund.
Reporting to Discord: In cases of severe misuse, such as engaging in fraudulent activities, the 8bot team reserves the right to report the user or server to Discord for further actions.
- Global Chat (if applicable)
If 8bot provides global chat services across servers, the following terms apply:
Servers must use appropriate names, avoiding any offensive or misleading names.
No advertising or fraudulent activities are allowed in global chat.
Rate limits may be imposed to prevent spam and overload in global chat.
The 8bot team reserves the right to remove any message that violates the rules, without prior notice.
Other pinned or specific rules for global chat, as mentioned in the official channels, must be followed.
- Changes to the Terms
These Terms of Service may be updated at any time by the 8bot team. Changes will be communicated via the support server or other official channels.
